Al Ahly Sabbour Developments began its journey in 1994 under the leadership of Engineer Hussein Sabbour. It was initially established as a joint stock company in accordance with Law No. 159 of 1981, in partnership between the Sabbour family and the National Bank, with the family owning 60% of the shares and the National Bank owning 40%. Over the years, Al Ahly Sabbour Developments has become one of the largest real estate companies in Egypt. Al Ahly Sabbour Developments is now responsible for 57 projects across the country, covering all the most distinctive areas such as Downtown, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and October.
